1st General Meeting

All officers are required to attend.

At least one advisor must be present.

Meeting may wait up to 7 minutes for students getting lunch.

Eating inside the classroom is subject to the teacher's digression.

Secretary records meeting "Call to Order" and "Adjournment" times. Submit meeting duration (in minutes) to USB commissioners and the president.

Secretary takes notes of Agenda Item V: Questions, Comments, Concerns, Feedback, which includes participants' questions and presenters' responses.
